“Products” or “goods” – means all the goods sold by Diagnostic Direct.
“Working Days” – means between 08h00 and 16h30 Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and statutory public holidays in the Republic of South Africa.
You will be required to provide certain information, in order to purchase Products that are displayed on our website, which may include personal information.
Any order placed through this site is an offer by you to purchase the particular product for the price notified (including the delivery and other charges) at the time you place the order.
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
Prices will include VAT.
Prices displayed may exclude the cost of delivery.
Orders placed may be declined or cancelled in the event of products being out of stock, damaged products, incorrect product information, incorrectly displayed prices, and due to payment for products not being received or payments not being authorized. In these circumstance, if an order has been cancelled where credit card has been the method of payment the amount will automatically be refunded back to the credit card.
We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. Payment is subject at all times to Diagnostic Direct’s agreements with its bankers and the outsourced financial transactions service provider.
Diagnostic Direct accepts payments made by Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards only.
When you order online, funds equal to the total value of your order will be reserved against the card you are paying with during the checkout process.
By submitting your order and payment card details you warrant that you are authorised to make payment with the payment card and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for the order.
This option does not require a credit card. Payments are made directly from your bank account. Please see the process below.

EFT secure sends us an immediate notification of your payment with your order number included as a reference. There is no need to send through a proof of payment.

No Deliveries or Collections will be allowed until payment for the products and delivery have been made in full and cleared in our bank account.
Diagnostic Direct ships/delivers within South Africa (all nine provinces) and does not ship internationally. If you are out of South Africa and wish to order, please contact us directly via our contact page to arrange the order and shipping.
Deliveries will be supplied by Diagnostic Direct or one of its courier service providers subject to your address.
We strive to supply the goods in a timely manner, however, under no circumstances can liability be accepted for any loss or damage suffered by You or any Third Party by reason of failure to meet delivery commitments.
It is Your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address, including suburb and postal code, is correct.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website.
